Ms. Tshabalala is the Head of the Human Resources and Administration Department of the Petroleum Fund where she is vested to play a pivotal role within the organization’s general setting by nurturing a culture of performance through the development of cost-effective and result-orientated Human Resources Programs as well as driving the technological initiatives and provision for the procurement.

Furthermore, she has implemented several Corporate Social Responsibilities as the Human Resources and Administration Manager and spearheaded the mammoth project of erecting the Petroleum Fund’s headquarters, which is at the design stage. 

She has also previously served as the Corporate Affairs Manager for the Petroleum Fund, where she worked on the establishment of the Human Resources Department. While in that position, she has been the Company Secretary for 5 years.  

Before joining the Petroleum Fund, she worked at the ActionAid International Lesotho as the Human Resources and Administration Manager.  She established the Human Resources Department which was mandated to provide high-quality Human Resources services to support the organizational value generation and also acted as the change agent as the organization was going through the transition.

She has more than 15 years of Corporate Executive experience. Her career has emerged as the Human Resources officer for renowned companies in South Africa such as Bokomo Natures Food, Fiber Wound, and Sparkport Pharmacy where she has stepped the ladder to the executive positions.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Human Resources Management from Durban University of Technology South Africa.
